Rally for Healthcare Thurs. July 30th

Thursday July 30th 1 PM: Medicare Anniversary Rally
We need volunteers to rally and help hand out healthcare leaflets and other materials at the rally.

(Closest metro stop: Union Station--Red Line) We'll have stickers, flyers and signs.

Thursday, 9 AM - 11:30 AM: Volunteers needed to deliver information to all Members of Congress.
Meet 9 am at the Methodist Church at 1st St. and Maryland Ave. near the Supreme Court Bldg.

After the Rally, 2 PM: Activists will take to the hill for meetings with Members of Congress.

Lobby materials will be available in the Judiciary Committee Room for pick up on the day of the meetings.

Also Donna Smith (appeared in Michael Moore's documentary SiCKO) Surprise visits with other members of Congress and important activists expected.
